Bellamy's Organic started in Launceston, Tasmania a decade ago in 2004 as a family-run company in devoted to promoting healthy eating practices in children. It is the first company to offer an all-organic baby formula to Australian mothers and it uses only the purest ingredients certified by the NASAA.

Bellamy's Organic products are supplied to various supermarket chains and different independent stores all over Australia. It also exports its organic food products to customers from countries across the globe, like Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and New Zealand. Because of its popularity in Asia and the ever-growing demand of customers, Bellamy's is now opening offices in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. Bellamy's products are also Halal-certified by ICCV. In 2007, Bellamy's was purchased by the Tasmanian Pure Foods Ltd.
