HOW TO USE
Step 1. Shake it up! When you hear the bead click in the tube, you know you'll get the most intense color finish.
Step 2. Place the precision tip of the liner as close to your lash line as possible.
Step 3. Continue to glide over for desired look - a simple line or a more dramatic cat eye made easy!
Step 4. Since it's totally waterproof, you'll need to remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
