Smith & Nephew Allevyn Adhesive is an adhesive foam dressing that contains an absorbent foam material sandwiched between an adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film.
Allevyn Adhesive may be used on wounds with moderate to high discharge such as minor burns and can be used to dress wounds on the heel, elbows and other awkward areas.
