Directions
Adults:Add 2 1/2 metric teaspoons (5 g) to 200 mL of water and stir until dissolved. Take once daily.
Ultra Flora GI Regulate is an easily dissolved and non-flavoured powder, making it suitable for mixing with other powdered supplements.
