Directions
Adults: 1 sachet once daily
Consume the contents of one sachet as is or add to a small amount of cold, still water or juice. It can be consumed with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Active Ingredients: Each 5g sachet contains Ferric ammonium citrate 93.5 milligrams equivalent to 20 milligrams of elemental iron.
