May be given when your infant starts eating solid foods, continuing throughout the teenage years. The Soft Gel can be chewed or swallowed and very easy to take. Our gelatin is derived from fish, while most other brands use pork or beef gelatin.
How to Take
6 months – 1 year: 1 – 3 softgels daily (open softgel)
1 – 3 years: 3 – 6 softgels daily
4+ years: 6 – 9 softgels daily
