Applied over either upper or lower teeth, depending on comfort. No prep required - no boiling cutting or moulding. Simply insert and sleep. Best replaced when no longer fresh or if damaged. Usually after 3-5 days of use.
For best results, simply rinse in cold water or mouthwash after use.
