Directions
Use 1 level tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Dose:
Adult: 150ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 years: 60-100ml, 1-2x at night
1-6 years: 20-60ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 months: 10ml, 1-2x at night
Babies: 5ml, 1-2x when needed
Take 1 cup, 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. In persistent sleep disturbances, take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote natural sleep cycle.
