ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTED BY A CUSTOMER

Please note that any orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This fee may be charged at the discretion of management.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION COLOURS AND WEIGHT

We always aim to display as accurately as possible the description and colour of the products shown on our website. We do however rely on pictures and other information provided to us by our suppliers and because the colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be exactly the same as the actual product.

Product weights used for product descriptions on our website refer to the net weight of products only and do not include the weight of any other components such as packaging.

Please note we endeavor to keep its prices in line with those advertised. Also excludes already discounted, on sale, bundled and clearance items. Discount codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.

If we have an issue with sourcing a product then we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
