Weleda Sports Massage Oil is an excellent natural liniment with 50% pure essential oils and arnica to warm and tone muscles before exercise or sport to help prevent injury due to cold muscles.
Directions
Massage into the muscles, eg. calves and thighs before exercise.
Do not apply to broken skin. There is no concern if inadvertently tasted, but if accidentally swallowed contact your doctor or the Poison Centre immediately.
Naturally cloudy. Shake before use.
