5-HTP is a chemical created from an essential amino acid, which is then converted into serotonin. Suggested Use
Take one (1) vegetable capsule twice daily as needed or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take or at bedtime as 5-HTP may produce drowsiness . If you experience stomach sensitivity, take with food.
