Directions

Daily Dosage: 1–2 tablets, twice daily, after a meal. (Please allow 6–12 weeks to observe improvements*)
Maintenance Dosage: Once skin cleared up, gradually reduce dosage to 1-2 tablets a day for lasting effects and keep skin clear, healthy and help prevent future breakouts.

Vitamin A (as retinyl acetate 206.4 mcg) 175 mcg RE

Silicon (as colloidal anhydrous silica 26.7 mg) 12.5 mg

If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A without consulting your doctor.

Vitamin A can cause birth defects if taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE). Zinc may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms RE for women and 900 micrograms RE for men.
