Directions
Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.

Maltodextrin, Banana Puree (23%) (Bananas (99.65%), Acid (Citric Acid), Filtered Water, Manuka Honey (6%), Sea Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
No added colour, dairy/gluten/preservative free, those not containing honey are vegan friendly
