Directions
Take 1-2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, enteric coating (methacrylic acid, magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate, natural vanilla flavor), water, carob] and Soybean Oil.
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
