When used as directed, this warmer can proivde up to 10 hours of effective heat.
To reduce the rish of serious burns, read all instructions and warnings carefuuly before use.
- Check skin for irritation or sign of injury before, periodically during, and after each use
- Open outer package just prior the use
- Shake to activate
- Warmer heats up in 15-30 minutes
- If heat decreases, expose warmer to air and shake
- Do not open, puncture or tear warmer
- After use, dispose with regular garbage
- Check expiration date as expired warmers are less effective

Iron, Water, Vermiculite, Charcoal, Polymer, and Salt
Warnings
Immediately remove and discard warmer if it is uncomfortably hot. Maximum temperature may reach 70°C (158°F).
Do not use:
- Directly on skin other then the palm of your hands
- While sleeping
- On the same palce for an extended period of time
- In tight fitting apparel that presses warmer against body
- For medical treatment or pain relief
- With other heating devices or heat in microwave
- On infants or those who cannot feel heat
Carefuly supervision is required when used by the elderly, children, the handicapped, and those with sensitive skin.
Unless allowed by a physician, wamer should not be used on people who have: Sensitive skin, Arthritis, Circulatory problems, Nerve damage, Inability to apply or remove warmer by themselves, Paralysis, Diabetes, Allergies to the contents of this product.
Unless allowed by a physician, wamer should not be used on areas that have: Open wounds, Scars, Bruising, Frostbite, Swelling, Implants
For external use only: Do not allow contents to get in eyes or mouth, or on skin. If in eyes or on skin, wash thoroughly with clean water. If in mouth, contact a poison control center as it contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed.
Keep out of reach of unsupervised children and pets.
