The best way to think of BePure Three is like a whole food that's been concentrated into a liquid form and then packed into an easy to swallow gel capsule. For those who don't like swallowing capsules, you can pierce the capsule and pour into a smoothie or salad dressing.
Adults (ages 12+): 2 caps/day with food (one with breakfast, one with lunch)
Children (6–11): 1 soft gel capsule daily. Take with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For optimal results; To ensure minimum absorption, avoid taking BePure Three on an empty stomach.

Fish oil can thin the blood, therefore if using blood thinning medications such as Warfarin, Aspirin, are prone to hemorrhaging, or if surgery is anticipated, it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before using this product.
Always take BePure Three with food. Taking on an empty stomach can result in nausea, which can be relieved by eating.
If you experience BePure Three repeating on you (such as ‘fishy burps’), this can indicate low stomach acid levels, often related to low zinc status, or a lack of digestive enzymes. It is recommended to take a zinc support or digestive enzyme support if this occurs.
