Hormonal Balance
To support healthy hormone balance in the phases of menstruation and menopause, add 5 drops to the bath every other night.
Menstrual Phases
To support balanced pre-menstrual phases and to encourage a relaxed state of body and mind, add 5 drops in the bath or diffuser every other night for at least one cycle.
Positive Outlook
Add 5 drops of Clary Sage to a diffuser to create a refreshing atmosphere that encourages a positive, healthy outlook. May be useful in managing anxiety and depression. When combined with Neroli it can be used to support healthy energy following childbirth.
Skin Tonic
